Dennis Lin (b. 1976) is a Canadian-Taiwanese sculptor based in Toronto. Working across a
wide range of materials, Lin has developed a practice that includes mobile, relief, and
standing sculpture. This exhibition, his first solo presentation in Japan, brings together
works formed from materials that reflect ruptures between the personal and the cultural. His
works are permanently installed at Aman Residences in Tokyo and are also featured in the
Nakanojo Biennale 2025. In addition, his works are held in international collections and
institutions including the Four Seasons Hotel New York and London’s Victoria and Albert
Museum.
